Choose Positivity! Let Perseverance Finish its Work..

A very wise man — many years ago — is quoted with a really wise saying:

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

James 1:2-4 (NIV)

The author knew three IMPORTANT points that all of us should remember:

  1. We are going to “face trials of many kinds” in life—and in business. The trials you and I face are not new, they have been rampant for the last couple thousand years!! So, instead of whining—we should choose a great attitude no matter what and stay positive!
  2. Choosing “joy” in the face of adversity creates “perseverance!”  This is not a quality that many of us in business admire any more with a WIN TODAY culture!!! But any WISE business person will tell you that a great attitude in a person who can joyfully problem solve becomes VERY valuable!!
  3. Acting with joy is not acting… it is practicing a HABIT that will BECOME very authentic!  I have seen dozens of examples of this in my career!

Creating a culture of positive problem solving at Xcelocloud is not easy, but I really believe that it IS what causes our team to become valuable and attractive to client after client… for the long haul!!!
