The Role
We are hiring a VP, Global Partnerships and Alliances to own the development, operationalization, and growth of our strategic alliances and partner ecosystem. This is a hands on, revenue accountable leadership role for a builder: someone who wants to architect a function and own its outcomes, not inherit a finished one. You will lead our most important partner relationships, build the joint go to market motions that turn them into revenue, and stand up the engine that scales our ecosystem.
This is a player coach role. You will operate at the executive level and roll up your sleeves in equal measure: in the deals, in the weeds, and across globally distributed teams.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow our strategic alliances and partner ecosystem across North America and EMEA
- Carry a portfolio revenue number across all partners and mobilize sales and enablement to hit it
- Build joint go to market, co built offerings, and direct platform and service integrations with alliance partners
- Lead and grow the Partner Success function and team
- Drive program and attach growth across the portfolio
- Build a systematic, scalable engine to onboard and activate new partners
- Expand the technology services distributor and master agent model
- Run the partner operating cadence (QBRs, MBRs, joint planning) and represent the company in executive partner conversations
- Total partner attributed revenue across the portfolio
- Growth in strategic programs and attach across partners
- New partners onboarded and activated to first revenue
- A maturing partner program and operating cadence
- Effective sales mobilization and enablement across partner teams
- Senior channel, alliances, or partnerships leadership experience, ideally in IT services, MSP, or technology, with a track record of building and scaling partner programs and revenue
- A hands-on builder and player coach who is energized by getting in the weeds, not managing from a distance
- Strong technical fluency across multi-vendor IT services (for example Cisco, NetApp, Red Hat, Citrix, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, security and MDR)
- Operational rigor: building repeatable, scalable, process driven motions
- Sales acumen: running deals, managing pipeline, and mobilizing sales and enablement to a number
- Corporate finance literacy: comfort with the dynamics of publicly traded and privately held partners and the nuances of large, complex organizations
- Experience leading across globally distributed teams in North America, EMEA, and beyond
- Familiarity with the technology services distributor (TSD), master agent, and VAR channel ecosystem
- Executive presence, high energy, exceptional organization, and the resilience to drive through complex environments
