Where We Started
In 2017, our founders established Xcelocloud to tackle the challenges faced by many organizations in developing complex internal service programs. We aimed to address this need by enabling enterprise-focused partners to offer flexible managed services with an adaptable usage model. We also sought to simplify operations using a modern work platform that harnesses artificial intelligence and automation to enhance the customer experience.

Mike Champion
Co-Founder & CEO
Mike leads Xcelocloud as the CEO. He creates strategy, builds teams, listens to customers, and drives innovation, agility, and excellence. He is considered a thought leader in the industry and is often quoted in national and global publications. He often speaks on the opportunities to transform the way large companies connect and scale.
Brad Henderson
CFO
Brad Henderson is responsible for the financial strategy to support Xcelocloud's future growth and innovations. With over 30 years of experience in finance, including a 20-year tenure at Comcast Business/Masergy, Brad brings a wealth of financial leadership and acumen to the team. In his free time, he has taken up the fast-rising sport of Pickleball.
Ethan Blodgett
EVP, Customer Experience
Ethan has more than 25 years of experience leading global technical support and customer success organizations. He is dedicated to creating strong technical teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. At Xcelocloud, Ethan oversees leading global operations, engineering, PMO, and service assurance. Before joining Xcelocloud, Ethan held executive roles at AT&T, PageNet, Masergy, and Endeavor Managed Service. Ethan is a graduate of Texas State University. During his free time, Ethan enjoys being out on the lake and wake surfing with his family.
Matt Carey
EVP, Customer Development
Matt has been with Xcelocloud since the beginning, working closely with the CEO to develop a unique go-to-market strategy for IT services and build high-performing revenue and growth teams. Matt is an accomplished sales leader and business development professional leading our Customer Development organization, which consists of our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams. With 20 years of technology sales experience, he has consistently driven revenue growth and played a key role in launching multiple products that have significantly contributed to Xcelocloud and partner revenue goals. One of Matt’s notable achievements was creating a white-label sales channel with global solution providers, resellers, and distributors, reducing costs and accelerating the speed to market for new products.
Kirsten Neeley
VP, Finance & HR
Kirsten is a results-focused financial professional with over 15 years of experience. She excels in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and technology solutions. Kirsten is a strong leader adept at guiding skilled financial teams towards corporate objectives, excelling in complex problem-solving and analytical decision-making.
Lindsey Harris
VP, Customer Success
Lindsey Harris serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Xcelocloud, where she leads comprehensive strategies in customer success, training, pilot programs, and onboarding. With over two decades of experience in customer success, Lindsey is recognized for her expertise in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Her career is defined by a strong commitment to cultivating robust client relationships and implementing customer-centric solutions, coupled with a focus on continuous process improvement. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lindsey channels her creativity through landscape and family photography, capturing moments that evoke inspiration and storytelling through her lens.
David Bible
VP, Customer Development
David is a distinguished sales leader in the IT and healthcare industries. He excels in negotiation, budgeting, and pipeline development, and has a robust background in sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and specializes in cloud computing, B2B sales, and strategic business planning.
Beatrice Shaw
VP, Program Management
Beatrice runs the Xcelocloud Program Management Office and has over 20 years of experience in IT program and project management. She's known for being a motivational leader who brings in top talent and builds strong teams. Beatrice has managed diverse teams for big Fortune 500 companies, excelling at planning and executing complex projects. On top of that, she sits on the Board of a non-profit that helps underserved youth with clothing insecurities by offering wardrobe scholarships and essential supplies for college-bound freshman girls. She graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Joe McKinney
Executive Director, Partner Development
Joe McKinney serves our reselling partners and their customers by identifying opportunities and orchestrating Multi-Vendor Support Service creation, branding, execution, and delivery. He is a results-driven Technology Executive with over 30 years of business leadership, sales, marketing, product management, and technical management in pre-IPO startup and territory expansion roles. Strong portfolio of successes launching new companies, marketing and selling emerging technology and services, forging strategic partner alliances, and contributing top-line revenue. When not serving our partners, customers, and fellow team members, Joe enjoys serving and investing in others' marriages, relationships, and faith journeys. He also enjoys the occasional round of golf!
Paul Bible
Director, Enterprise Software & Product Development
Paul is responsible for all product-related in-house software development, including web portals, integrations, and services. He has been developing software for most of his career starting with mainframes and now using the latest cloud tools and techniques. Paul holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and an M.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Dallas.
Joe Ensalaco
Director, Customer Success
As Director of Customer Experience at Xceocloud, Joe oversees the Service Operations side of the business from ticket creation through closure. He has a successful track record of helping companies grow and retain their customer base with process improvement, building high-performance teams, and understanding industry trends. In his spare time, Joe enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and spending time with family.
Kim Hershey
Director, Product Management
Kim brings Fortune 500 structure and discipline to Xcelocloud’s product and program management team. She holds an MBA and certifications in Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Kellogg Marketing Leadership, PMP-PMI, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She excels in cross-functional leadership, handling complex projects across various technologies and markets. Kim spends her off-time with her family and books. Her favorite authors are George R.R. Martin, Ethan Wharton, and Kazuo Ishiguro.
Bridget Hildebrand
Director, Partner & Product Marketing
Bridget Hildebrand leads partner and product marketing at Xcelocloud. She is charged with messaging for Xcelocloud and creating marketing tools for partners. She has decades of experience in partner and product marketing roles for various high-tech companies, ranging from start-ups to large multinationals. Her deep understanding of channel models and white-label approach make her an excellent candidate for Xcelocloud's go-to-market efforts. Bridget holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Maryland. She also co-owns a vineyard in Southern Arizona where she labors off-hours growing grapes in the desert.
