Behind the Curtain: How a White-Label Powerhouse Made the Inc. 5000

It’s official! Xcelocloud has made it onto the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

For most people, growth is shown in headlines, logos, and marketing strength. But our story is a little different. At Xcelocloud, we’ve built something powerful, and we’ve done it quietly, behind the scenes, under someone else’s brand. That’s by design.

Our entire model is focused on helping our partners succeed. We are the white-label engine behind some of the biggest technology providers. Our name isn’t always visible, but our impact is everywhere — from Level 4 support tickets originating from 20+ enterprise platforms to global Managed SOC deployments and multi-million-dollar strategic projects.

So how did we get here? Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what fueled our growth.

We Scaled Without Losing Sight of What Matters

Making the Inc. 5000 list requires speed. But speed without structure is chaos. We’ve been growing at over 70% annually for the past five years by investing not just in talent, but in the systems that enable talent to thrive.

Our proprietary platform, XceloHub, was a game-changer. It has allowed us to automate, orchestrate, and scale a complex set of services across thousands of partner sellers and hundreds of enterprise customers. It gave us the ability to say “yes” to more without breaking what already worked.

We Grew by Letting Our Partners Shine

Many companies grow by marketing themselves. We grow by making our partners more valuable to their customers. That means they get the credit plus margin, and we get the results and the retention.

When you operate behind the curtain, you must earn trust every day. Our model is not commodity-based; it’s outcomes-based. We don’t win by being visible. We win by being irreplaceable.

We Built a Culture Focused on Execution

We’re a fully remote team, but our culture is tight. Everyone here knows the mission: solve real problems, deliver real results, and do it at scale. We live by a simple mantra: No excuses. Just outcomes.

That mindset isn’t just a catchphrase. It’s how we’ve been able to support tens of thousands of partner reps across 40+ countries without sacrificing quality or accountability.

We Measured What Mattered

Growth without insight is just luck. We’ve stayed laser-focused on the metrics that matter:

  • Time to resolution
  • Renewal rate
  • Margin by service
  • Revenue per engineer
  • Partner close rate (currently 41%)

…to name just a few of the dozens of KPI’s we track daily.

Those numbers help us stay grounded, and they enable our partners to win deals, increase margins, and deliver better service to their end customers.

What’s Next?

We’re just getting started. In 2025, because agnostic IT consultants and CIOs are now recognizing that multi-vendor support services (MVSS) are the future of IT support, we project continued significant growth in ARR and are expanding our white-label offerings with industry-specific solutions, partner-branded software, and AI-powered innovation through XceloHub.

We’ll continue to scale globally, refine our support-as-a-service model, and double down on co-managed delivery that feels like an extension of our customers’ internal teams.

For the Quiet Builders Out There

If you’re a founder building in the background—focused more on outcomes than optics—my advice is simple:

Don’t confuse noise with momentum.

Build what works. Deliver consistently. Let your partners win. And let your results speak for themselves.

Being on the Inc. 5000 is an incredible milestone for us, but it’s also validation that a “quiet” company can grow loud results.

Here’s to what’s next.
