Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Related technologies include local storage (data your browser keeps for a site) and pixels. This policy covers all of them. First-party cookies are set by xcelocloud.com; third-party cookies are set by services we use.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting provider to deliver the site reliably and defend against abuse. Session duration.
- `xc-gate` (local storage): remembers that you completed a download form so you are not asked again on this device. 30 days. Contains a timestamp and first name only.
- `xc-cookie-consent` (local storage): records your cookie choice. 12 months.
Analytics
- Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate page views, referrers, device type and country. It does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites.
Functional and embedded content
- Open roles on our Careers page are embedded from LinkedIn. When that section loads, LinkedIn may set its own cookies under the LinkedIn Cookie Policy. Partner Portal early-access and other forms post to our own servers and set no cookies.
Advertising
None. We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels or social-media tracking pixels on this site.

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage in its settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect form submissions and remembered preferences. Because our analytics does not use cookies, there is nothing further to opt out of; to avoid analytics entirely, a content blocker will suppress it. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
